Mala University is looking for a reliable Kitchen Hand / Food Prep to join our team.

• Wash and cut vegetables

• Prepare meat and other ingredients

• Portion and organise ingredients for chefs

• Refill ingredients during service

• Keep the kitchen and food preparation area clean

• Wash kitchen tools and containers when needed

• Follow food safety and hygiene rules

• Help chefs with other kitchen duties

• Reliable and on time

• Hardworking and willing to learn

• Able to work in a busy kitchen

• Able to follow instructions

• Good teamwork

• Basic knife skills are preferred

• Kitchen experience is preferred, but training can be provided

• Available to work evenings and weekends

• Stable working hours

• Staff meals

• Friendly team

• Training provided

• Long-term work available for the right person
