The Opportunity

As a Senior Legal Assistant in our Personal Injury team, you’ll work closely with our experienced lawyers and play a key role in supporting our Personal Injury practice to support injured clients through their legal journey.
With our Lawyers specialising in Workcover, TAC, Public Liability or Superannuation, you will be at the heart of our operations, providing essential legal support and client service for a particular area of personal Injury Law.
Your daily responsibilities will keep you engaged, challenged, and constantly learning as you:
• Assist with general administration and filing• Maintain calendars and diary appointments• Develop a deeper understanding of litigation procedures in the respective department• Open new files, prepare letters and correspondence, draft medical-legal letters of instruction• Compile briefs and court documents• Proactively liaise with the supervising solicitor and relevant parties to advance files• Monitor critical dates to ensure deadlines are met• Respond to general enquiries via telephone and in-person
