About the Opportunity

We are currently welcoming expressions of interest for future Site Supervisor opportunities within our Roofing Division, based in South Brisbane.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee on-site installation activities, coordinate teams and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of workmanship.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervising and supporting builders and subcontractors on-site

• Conducting pre- and post-installation inspections

• Completing site measures and coordinating work schedules

• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

• Troubleshooting and resolving site issues as they arise

• Providing technical guidance and leadership to teams

• Managing job documentation and reporting via system apps

What You’ll Bring

• Trade qualification in Roof Plumbing (or equivalent experience)

• Strong background in roofing (metal, fascia, guttering)

• Previous leadership experience or readiness to step into supervision

• White Card (General Construction Induction)

• Strong attention to detail with a safety-first mindset

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• A proactive, reliable and solutions-focused approach
