The Role:

We are looking for a skilled administrator to join our Admin Team.

This is a full-time position based in our brand-new facility in Berrinba QLD.

In this role you will be supporting service teams across Australia.

Tasks include:

• Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including maintaining and updating databases and record- keeping systems.

• Processing purchase orders, supplier invoices, customer invoices and other financial records.

• Communicating with varied teams across Australia and New Zealand.

• Preparing warranty claims for multiple OEMs

• Complete regular reporting and work with various software packages

• Assist the Accounts Team where required

What we’re looking for:

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines

• Well-developed written and oral communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy

• Ability to deal with multiple departments in an efficient and professional manner

• Previous experience in construction or warranty admin is an advantage
