Loader Operator

Davis Earthmoving & Quarrying Pty Ltd is a large earthmoving & mobile recycling company, specialising in crushing, screening and landscape supplies in recycling facilities and waste depots. We have over 100 pieces of plant & equipment plus transport fleet. Our company has been operating for 50 years, an excellent opportunity for stable & long-term employment. If you are a competent, experienced Loader Operator who is looking for a stable role, with plenty of hours this role will suit you.

The Role:

• Operate Front End Loader

• Load trucks with various recycled products and aggregates

• Feed mobile crushers /screening equipment

• Perform pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance

• Stockpile management and material handling

• Quality control of materials

• Contribute to a clean, safe, efficient day-to-day site operations

Requirements: 

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role

• Australian driver's license

• Current Loader Ticket

• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for work

• Able to work as part of a team and take direction

• Reliable and Willingness to work

• Positive attitude and Problem solving skills

• Strong commitment to safety and site procedures

• Previous experience working in quarries / waste / recycling facilities / loading crushers / screening plant highly regarded.

• HR license a bonus
