Production Team Leader

Love leading teams, working with heavy equipment, and keeping operations moving? As a Site Services Team Leader, you’ll help deliver safe, efficient, and reliable operations across our bulk train loading facilities, quarries, and stockpile areas.

This hands-on role will see you lead and develop your team, coordinate site activities, equipment, and resources, and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic operational environment.

Reporting to the Site Services Lead, you’ll work closely with operational teams to support production targets and maintain a safe, compliant, and well-maintained site. If you’re passionate about safety, teamwork, and leading from the front, we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, coach, and develop the Site Services team.
• Coordinate bulk train loading activities.
• Oversee quarry operations, stockpiles, haul roads, and waste areas.
• Supervise contractors and service providers.
• Support equipment and infrastructure maintenance.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, dust suppression, drainage, and road maintenance.
• Promote safety, environmental compliance, and operational improvement.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience leading teams in quarrying, mining, manufacturing, logistics, construction materials, or a similar environment.
• A strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
• Experience coordinating people, equipment, contractors, and site activities.
• Practical problem-solving and sound communication skills.
• Experience in bulk materials handling, train loading, or quarry operations will be highly regarded.
