About the Role 

We are looking for an enthusiastic Executive Assistant, with a keen eye for detail, to work closely with our Chief Brand Officer and our Chief Operating Officer across four countries and time zones. This role will manage inboxes and daily to-do lists, protect time and make sure decisions are followed up until they’re delivered. As a start, you will:

• Manage inboxes, diaries and travel for both leaders across Australia, the UAE, the UK and the US.

• Ensure legal documents are signed correctly,  checking every detail before anything goes out.

• Review leases and agreements, summarising key terms and flagging risks. 

• Prepare board and shareholder paperwork, keeping a clear record of approvals. 

• Coordinate with our UAE investor and partner on approvals and reporting. 

• Keep everyone working from the same up-to-date picture across all our markets. 

About You

If you are the right person for this unique role, you will bring:

• Experience as an EA, Chief of Staff, or senior coordinator supporting multiple leaders at a time. 

• Comfort reviewing contracts and leases with a penchant for identifying irregularities. 

• Proven ability to manage documents and use e-signature tools comfortably. 

• Background in food & beverage, hospitality, or multi-site retail. 

• Exceptional organisation and the follow-up instincts to keep many moving parts on track. 

• A profound understanding of discretion and tact and be confidential to your core.

• Strong capability across Microsoft 365, Teams, monday.com, SharePoint and AI tools.
