Property Manager

Richardson & Wrench Blacktown is looking for an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our friendly and supportive team.

About the Role

You will manage your own portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties with the support of an experienced team and modern systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a residential portfolio

• Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections

• Processing tenancy applications and preparing leases

• Coordinating maintenance and liaising with trades

• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants

• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring legislative compliance
  

About You

• Previous Property Management experience is essential

• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence

• Current NSW Driver Licence and reliable vehicle

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Professional, proactive and customer-focused

• Property Tree experience is an advantage
