Together, we're building the first AI-native recruitment platform (ATS & CRM) that empowers professional recruiters to close more placements and helps everyone find the right job more easily.

What We're Looking For✔️ 1 to 5 years of sales or business development in SaaS or recruitment.✔️ High energy, self-motivation, and a relentless drive to win.✔️ Strong ownership with a track record of exceeding quota and maintaining high close rates.✔️ Network or background in the APAC recruitment (tech) market is a plus.
What You'll Do✔️ Own the full sales motion, converting inbound demand into closed deals, complemented by targeted outbound.✔️ Run discovery calls, demos, and live sales conversations across remote and in-person channels.✔️ Represent Spott at events across the region, hosting meetings, webinars, and live sales conversations.✔️ Help build our APAC presence from the ground floor with a small team.✔️ Gather customer feedback and work with the product team to improve the product.
