We are a friendly fast growing workshop, dedicated to delivering high quality service and repairs. Our team vlaue learning, teamwork and a genuine interested in learning the mechanical trade.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a highly motivated 2nd or 3rd year apprentice mechanic , to join our small team We are operating with a team that consists of two highly qualified mechanics and a 3rd year apprentice. This your opportunity to gai hands on experience in a busy workshop environment, while completing your (certificate 3 in light vehicle mechanical technology or an equivalent qualification), under experienced, qualified technicians.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Assist in vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics.
Learn how to use workshop equipment and workshop technology safely.
Maintain a clean and well organised workspace.
Follow workplace Health and Safety procedures.
Follow all technicians directions .
YOU MUST HAVE
Must have a genuine interest in the Automotive Industry.
Must have strong work ethic with the ability to work on given tasks on their own and to be able to problem issues, but have the ability to ask for help when needed.
Must have good communication skills and teamwork skills. Be able to follow directions and carry out given tasks either on your own or under technician guidance.
Must have good work attendence.
Must have a current drivers license(or at least working on obtaining it).
