Lived And Living Experience Workforce Member

As a designated Family/Carer lived experience role, you bring your own lived and/or living experience of caring for a family member through mental ill health and recovery, along with experience accessing support from mental health services. You have a minimum of two years' experience working in a designated lived experience role and have completed Intentional Peer Support (IPS) training. Working towards a Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work or a similar qualification is desirable. Ready to step into a Grade 4 role, you bring an advanced understanding of family/carer lived experience and peer support practice. You are confident working autonomously, supporting complex family/carer needs and providing reflective supervision, mentoring and guidance to other Peer Workers.
