About The Role
In this role, you will be part of the sales and vehicle distribution team. You will play a key role in inventory management, liaising with dealers and sharing knowledge to resolve problems. You will gain a high level of technical knowledge, take ownership of queries, use critical thinking to resolve sometimes complex queries.
Reporting to the Sales Operations and Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for providing support across both Isuzu Australia and Isuzu Power Solutions. You will be highly customer focused, ensuring all of your customer are delighted. Your responsibilities in the role include:
Support the Distribution team to ensure vehicle deliveries meet targets.
Coordinate current inventory, including processing dealer vehicle allocations and amendments in the internal ERP system.
Support the dealer network and Isuzu Australia sales team with inventory management and processing monthly vehicle factory orders.
Support, resolve and respond to dealer queries.
Regular reporting and forecasting.
Support the Isuzu Power Solutions team with sales orders,
Prepare the "Vehicle Follow-up Report," sharing results with the team, investigating the findings to address any issues.
About You
You will be someone who is naturally curious and a great problem solver, the kind of person who loves figuring out problems before someone comes to it, and love coming up with a solution. You will be both detail oriented and customer centric in the way you approach your work. Ideally you will have the following skills and experience:
Experience working in inventory management, data management, reporting or administration.
Experience working with dealers, sales or supply chain would be an advantage.
Strong communication skills with a customer centric mindset.
Strong attention to detail with an analytical aptitude to interpret information to make informed and logical decisions.
Highly organised with solid prioritisation skills.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Tertiary qualifications would be an advantage but are not essential.
