Labourer / Trade Assistant – Concrete Swimming Pool Construction

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Labourer / all rounders to join our team in a full-time capacity. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to work directly alongside our experienced crew, supporting the construction of premium concrete pools from the initial excavation right through to the final finishing touches.

This is a full-time position you'll be involved in every stage of our pool builds, contributing to the delivery of high-quality results on site.

•     Preparing sites, conducting clean-ups, and managing startup tasks

•     Assisting with deliveries and handling materials

•     Managing stock and conducting inventory checks

•     Performing general labouring duties, including manual handling, operating tools, and maintaining site organisation

•     Supporting trades such as concreting, steel fixing, boxing (formwork), and plumbing

•     Operating machinery such as a Mini Excavator and/or Bobcat Posi Track (where licensed/experienced)

•     Undertaking a variety of tasks as required to ensure projects progress efficiently

•     Demonstrated experience in the construction industry (experience with pools or concrete is highly regarded but not essential)

•     Minimum of 10+ years construction industry experience

•     Experience in concreting, steel fixing, and boxing (formwork) highly regarded

•     HR licence and/or Mini Excavator and/or Bobcat Posi Track machine experience preferred but not essential

•     A strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a physical, outdoor environment

•     Honesty, reliability, and a positive attitude

•     Eagerness to learn new skills and progress into a more specialised role over time

•     Physical fitness, with the ability to handle manual labour such as lifting, digging, and carrying

•     Possession of a White Card (Construction Induction Card) is preferred, or willingness to obtain one

•     White Card must be obtained before starting work

•     Reliable transport to work sites across the Gold Coast and surrounding areas

•     Australian work rights
