$36.82 Per Hour inclusive of 25% Casual Loading + Penalty Rates + 12% Super

THE POSITION

• Support and oversee food production with a strong focus on bulk catering and consistency.
• Champion nutrition, healthy eating, and allergy awareness, ensuring all controls and safety measures are followed.
• Maintain excellent portion control, minimise waste, and support efficient stock management to help control food costs.
• Ensure food safety guidelines are met, producing high-quality meals without compromise.
• Work collaboratively within a team, bringing strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.

THE PERSON

• Relevant Chef Trade Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen, with bulk or large-scale catering experience essential
• Solid understanding of kitchen operations and a flair for modern food trends
• A team player who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of OHS, Food Safety, and HACCP standards
• Excellent time management and communication skills
