Casual Retail Assistant - Bella Boheme Freshwater Boutique

Bella Boheme is coming to Freshwater — and we're looking for an amazing team to join our brand-new boutique!

We're searching for warm, confident and fashion-loving Casual Retail Sales Assistants who genuinely love connecting with customers and creating memorable shopping experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Bella Boheme from day one at our beautiful new Freshwater location and help us bring the Bella Boheme experience to the Northern Beaches.

Bella Boheme is an Australian women's fashion and lifestyle brand known for effortless, relaxed style, beautiful prints and pieces designed to make women feel confident and amazing.

Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We believe shopping should feel personal, welcoming and fun, and our boutiques are places where women can feel comfortable, inspired and genuinely looked after.

As a Casual Retail Sales Assistant, you'll be one of the faces of our new Freshwater boutique.

You'll welcome customers into our store, get to know them, help them discover pieces they love and provide genuine styling advice to create an exceptional Bella Boheme experience.

Your role will include:

• Delivering warm, genuine and personalised customer service

• Styling customers and helping them put together outfits they feel amazing in

• Building relationships with our customers and local community

• Learning our collections and confidently sharing product knowledge

• Processing sales and operating our point-of-sale system

• Maintaining beautiful store presentation and visual merchandising standards

• Replenishing stock and assisting with deliveries

• Helping keep the boutique organised, inviting and looking its best

• Working together with your team to achieve store goals

• Bringing positive energy and enthusiasm to every shift

We're looking for people who are naturally warm, engaging and confident with customers.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous fashion retail, retail or customer service experience

• A genuine love of fashion and styling

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Confidence starting conversations and connecting with customers

• A positive, enthusiastic and can-do attitude

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliability and a great work ethic

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Flexibility across your availability

Weekend availability is essential, and availability during busy retail periods, including holidays, will be highly regarded.

Most importantly, we're looking for people who genuinely love working with customers and will help create the welcoming, feel-good atmosphere Bella Boheme is known for.
