About the role

A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our rapidly expanding light commercial dealership in Dandenong.

Equipped with the latest diagnostic equipment your role will be to preform service and repair work for the dealership's customers.

Responsibilities will include:

• General servicing, repair and maintenance work

• Conducting road tests

• Working and completing jobs within allocated hours

• Identifying additional work required

• Ensuring quality standards are met on all repairs and servicing

• Diagnosing and identifying key technical issues

• Adopting our "fix it right first time" attitude

About you

The perfect fit for our business will have the following:

• Automotive mechanical experience

• Ability to diagnose, service and repair vehicles

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Be reliable and hard working

• Ownership and pride in your work

• A positive, friendly attitude

What we offer

4 DAY WORKING WEEK - We work on a rolling 5 week roster, this means you receive 1 day off every week. For example: 

Week 1

• Monday, Week 2
• Tuesday, Week 3
• Wednesday,  Week 4
• Thursday, Week 5
• Friday, Week 1 Monday.

This will be on a scheduled Roster but will allow you to maximise your work life balance. We also offer a very attractive salary with the ability to earn bonuses!
