About the Role

Prosthodontic Associates, a renowned specialist dental practice located in the heart of Melbourne's CBD, is seeking a qualified, highly organized Dental Assistant to work directly with specialist prosthodontist Dr Anny Huang.

This is a permanent part-time role working Wednesdays and Thursdays from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with the potential for hours/days to increase in the future.

Key Responsibilities

• High-level chairside assisting during specialist prosthodontic procedures

• Instrument sterilisation and strict adherence to infection control protocols

• Stock control, inventory management, and surgery maintenance

• Assisting with general administrative duties and patient flow as required

Skills & Experience Required

• Qualification: Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (required)

• Software: Experience with EXACT software is highly desirable

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Attributes: Proactive, punctual, meticulous attention to detail, and a polished, professional presentation

• Teamwork: Strong work ethic with a supportive, collaborative approach
