BEAUTY CLINIC RECEPTIONIST, CONTENT CREATOR & SALES IN BEAUTY INDUSTRY

About the role

We are looking for someone with personality, confidence and ambition to become an important part of the Visage team. 

This is not simply a receptionist position. 

The role combines: 

Reception + Client Experience + Sales + Social Media + Content Creation + Beauty Knowledge 

You will often be the first and last person a client interacts with, meaning you play a major role in representing the Visage brand. 

We are looking for someone who understands that a luxury clinic requires a luxury level of service. 

Our clients should never feel like they are simply attending an appointment. 

They should feel like they are entering a beautiful space where they are recognised, welcomed, cared for and given genuine professional advice.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome every client warmly and professionally

• Manage bookings, appointments, cancellations and client enquiries

• Answer phone calls, emails, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and other enquiries

• Maintain an organised and beautifully presented reception area

• Ensure clients are comfortable while waiting for appointments

• Maintain accurate client information, consultation forms and treatment records

• Follow up new enquiries and convert enquiries into bookings

• Build relationships with existing clients and educate them about treatments, packages and skincare products

• Create Instagram Reels, Stories, before-and-after content, treatment videos, educational content, product content and promotional campaigns

• Help create the relaxed, social and caring atmosphere that Visage is known for

About you

• Confident and outgoing with warm interpersonal skills

• Well presented and professional

• Organised and reliable

• Social-media savvy and comfortable speaking on camera or creating content

• Passionate about beauty, skin and aesthetics

• Comfortable discussing treatments and products

• Confident following up sales enquiries

• Able to build relationships with high-end clientele

• Someone who notices small details

• Ideally have previous experience within beauty therapy, skin clinics, cosmetic clinics, aesthetic clinics, luxury salons, skincare, beauty retail or related fields
