Sales Executive - Western Melbourne

As our brand continues to grow across Australia and beyond, we are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to represent Yarra Valley Hilltop to end-user customers, across the Melbourne's western suburbs, including Werribee, Hoppers Crossing, Sunshine, Melton, Caroline Springs, Footscray, Williamstown and Geelong. Build long-term partnerships founded on quality, trust and performance.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for developing meaningful customer relationships, expanding our end-user footprint, and ensuring our products are positioned with consistency, care and commercial insight.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and growing a portfolio of end-user customers within your territory.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities aligned with strategic sales plan.
• Presenting Yarra Valley Hilltop’s premium range of products to customers.
• Build strong relationships with distributor field teams.
• Execute sampling sessions, trade events, and promotional activities.
• Implement and manage a structured call cycle.
• Delivering sustainable sales growth in line with company objectives.

About You:

You are a polished sales professional who understands that premium brands are built through relationships, credibility and consistency.You will bring:

• Proven experience in foodservice or FMCG sales preferably within a food manufacturing organisation. 
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage call cycles and work autonomously.
• Knowledge of key distributors (e.g. PFD, NAFDA, Countrywide) is highly regarded.
