THE ROLE
Based in our Parramatta office, this role is ideally suited to a Property Solicitor looking for consistency, structure and a well-supported workflow.
You will manage a steady stream of conveyancing and property matters from instruction through to settlement, with support systems and processes already in place.

ABOUT YOU
You are a dependable and detail-oriented Solicitor who enjoys getting the job done properly.
You take pride in accuracy, communicate clearly with clients, and prefer working within a structured environment where expectations are clear and achievable.
This role will suit someone looking to step away from high-pressure, unpredictable environments into a more stable and sustainable position.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2 years’ post-admission experience (PAE) in Property Law
Strong working knowledge of PEXA and LEAP
High attention to detail and accuracy in drafting
Strong organisational and time management skills
Clear and professional communication skills
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Estate Planning experience is advantageous but not essential
