About the Role

We are a Chatswood-based property company specialising in residential and commercial sales, leasing and property management. We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator (Digital Media Specialist) to manage our digital marketing activities and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms.

• Manage the company website and optimise content for SEO.
• Create and publish digital content, including property listings, social media posts, videos, newsletters and promotional materials.
• Manage social media channels, including WeChat, RedNote (Xiaohongshu), Facebook, Instagram and etc.
• Coordinate online advertising campaigns and monitor performance using analytics tools.
• Work with the sales and property management teams to promote property listings and company services.
• Conduct market research and prepare marketing performance reports.

Skill & Experience

About You

• Relevant qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.

• At least one year plus of relevant experience in digital marketing or marketing coordination.
• Experience with social media marketing, SEO, Google Ads or Meta Ads, and digital
• Content creation. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) for graphic design and marketing material production, with strong photography, videography and video editing capabilities.
• Strong communication, organisational and project coordination skills.
• Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, CMS and analytics tools.
• Demonstrated proficiency in real estate CRM systems.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), as the role requires preparing bilingual marketing content and communicating with our English- and Chinese-speaking clients and sales team in the Chatswood market.
