This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering exceptional recruitment support across our operations while building strong relationships with candidates, hiring leaders and internal stakeholders.

Working alongside our Talent Acquisition Specialists and broader People team, you'll be instrumental in coordinating recruitment activities that support the successful attraction and mobilisation of talent across the business. You'll help ensure our recruitment processes are efficient, compliant and deliver an exceptional experience for candidates, hiring leaders and key stakeholders while supporting high-volume recruitment across multiple operational portfolios.

Job description:

About the role

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Superintendent, you'll provide end-to-end coordination and administrative support across the recruitment lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating interviews, assessments and recruitment activities across multiple stakeholders.
• Managing candidate communications to deliver a positive and professional experience.
• Preparing employment documentation, contracts and onboarding paperwork.
• Conducting pre-employment checks, including reference checks, medicals, police clearances and right-to-work verification.
• Maintaining accurate candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Monitoring recruitment inboxes and responding to candidate and hiring leader enquiries.
• Assisting with job advertisements and ensuring vacancies are advertised across appropriate platforms.
• Supporting recruitment campaigns, talent pooling and workforce mobilisation activities.
• Producing recruitment reports and maintaining data accuracy.
• Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.
• Providing administrative support to the wider Talent Acquisition team as required.

About you

You'll be someone who enjoys juggling multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience in recruitment coordination, recruitment administration, HR administration or a similar customer-focused role.
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative approach with a strong customer service mindset.
• Confidence working with recruitment systems, HRIS platforms or Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word.
• A continuous improvement mindset with a willingness to learn and develop.
