Production Supervisor

Requirements

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities
  
• Lead, mentor, and support production staff
  
• Ensure build quality meets company and industry standards
  
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and deadlines
  
• Liaise with management, sales, and procurement teams
  
• Maintain workplace health and safety compliance
  
• Identify and implement process improvements
  
• Manage stock control and material usage
  

• Proven experience in a supervisory role (caravan, RV, or similar manufacturing preferred)
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills
  
• Solid understanding of caravan construction and components
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
  
• Knowledge of WHS requirements
