Price & Speed Recycling is a growing NSW-based recycling operation specialising in repurposing end-of-life rubber products. We're looking for a driven Sales Representative with 15 Years proven experience within the Tyre industry, to source end-of-life tyres (passenger, truck, and bus) from tyre fitters, workshops, fleet operators, councils, and transport companies across the region.

You'll be out in the field building relationships, generating leads, and growing a supply network. The pitch is simple and the opportunity is real, but you need to be the kind of person who gets out there and makes it happen.

What You'll Do

• Source end-of-life TBR and PCR tyres from tyre retailers, mechanics, fleet operators, councils, transport businesses, and any other viable sources

• Generate your own leads and build a pipeline of supply partners

• Manage and grow ongoing supplier relationships

• Report weekly on activity — who you've visited, what's in the pipeline

• Work to clear KPIs and commercial targets

• Collaborate with internal operations and logistics teams

What We're Looking For

• A self-starter who thrives working independently

• Someone motivated by commission and results

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• 15 years experience in the TYRE, industry is important — but attitude and drive matter more

• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly within the Greater Sydney region

• Comfortable with basic reporting and CRM tools

What We Offer

• Competitive base salary of $90,000 - $120,000 depending on industry experience
