Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt assistance to customer enquiries via phone and email

• Coordinate with different departments to ensure the highest level of customer service

• Assist with general office administration duties

• Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently while also being a team player

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Previous customer service or administration experience is preferred but not essential

• No prior glass industry experience is required. Full training will be provided.
