Mango Hill Tavern is on the hunt for an experienced Front of House Team Member to join our busy Sports Bar and Bistro team.

About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant (Level 3), you'll be an important part of our Front of House team, delivering outstanding service across our Sports Bar and Bistro. You'll provide exceptional guest experiences, confidently manage multiple tasks during busy service periods, and work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
 

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has experience in both restaurant and bar service, and takes pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service across the Sports Bar and Bistro
• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service
• Prepare and serve beverages while maintaining responsible service practices
• Work collaboratively with the wider Front of House team to ensure smooth service
• Manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively during busy periods
• Maintain high presentation, cleanliness, and service standards
• Follow venue policies, procedures, and workplace health and safety requirements
• Assist with general venue operations as required
   

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous customer service and hospitality experience
• Has experience in both restaurant and bar service
• TAB experience is highly regarded
• Has a genuine passion for hospitality and building a long-term career in the industry
• Projects a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and performs well under pressure
• Has excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Takes pride in delivering outstanding guest experiences
• Enjoys working as part of a supportive team
• Is available to work Friday and Saturday evenings
• Holds a current QLD RSA and QLD RSG
• Has full working rights in Australia
