Imaging Associates is seeking an experienced Radiologist to become Clinical Director of our Carlton Clinic—a distinctive clinical leadership and ownership opportunity within our doctor-led network.
Our partnership with the Carlton Football Club creates regular opportunities to support the imaging needs of elite athletes, including AFL and AFLW players. You’ll work within a high-performance sporting environment, encounter complex MSK and sports medicine cases, and collaborate with a strong network of leading referrers.

The opportunity
As Clinical Director, you will provide clinical leadership and help shape the ongoing success of the Carlton Clinic. You will:
Lead the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred radiology servicesProvide clinical direction to the radiology and medical imaging teamsMaintain strong, trusted relationships with referring cliniciansHelp optimise clinical workflows, service delivery and patient outcomesChampion quality, safety, timely reporting and clinical governanceSupport education, professional engagement and clinic growthFoster a collaborative, respectful and high-performing team cultureWork alongside Imaging Associates’ Clinical Directors, operational leaders and executive teamParticipate in—and potentially take a leadership role within—our MSK fellowship program, helping develop the next generation of MSK radiologists

About you
You will be an accomplished Radiologist who combines clinical expertise with credible, people-centred leadership.
You will bring:
Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (FRANZCR)Current AHPRA specialist registration in radiologySignificant post-fellowship experience in a complex or high-volume clinical environmentStrong MSK expertise or relevant subspecialty fellowship trainingDemonstrated clinical leadership experienceA sound understanding of clinical governance, radiation safety and RANZCR standardsExcellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with referrers, colleagues and operational teamsA collaborative, accountable and improvement-focused approachAn interest in teaching, mentoring and developing future MSK radiologists
