About You:

• 5-7 years (minimum) of IT industry experience;

• 2 years (minimum) of leadership experience in IT support or a relevant Cyber Security leadership role.

About the Role:

• Ability to manage our Cyber Defence and Network Security teams, while building out our Cyber Advisory team and supporting Team Leaders as a point of escalation;

• Joining our Senior Leadership Team, you will help steer the organisation’s financial direction and champion value-led services that enhance performance and long-term growth;

• Adhering to company KPIs and championing our 'one team' approach to ensure consistent operations across every team;

• Generating revenue to support the growth of the business through sales activities and workshops;

• Assisting the CISO with product selection and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key cyber security applications;

• Advise customers on best-practice cybersecurity controls, governance, and risk mitigation to support secure operations;

• Monitor the evolving threat landscape and cybersecurity developments to anticipate risk and strengthen customer protection.
