Bar & Gaming Attendant

We’re seeking dynamic Bar & Gaming Attendants at Club Parkview to join our vibrant venue in Goodna, Ipswich. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality and entertainment environment and have excellent communication skills, this could be the perfect role for you!

• Serve beverages and snacks to customers in a timely and friendly manner

• Ensure compliance with Queensland gaming machine regulations and responsible gambling guidelines

• Monitor gaming areas to provide support and assistance to patrons when needed

• Handle cash and operate the point-of-sale system accurately

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in both bar and gaming areas

• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests

• Assist with stock rotation and inventory management

• A minimum of Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification as well as Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG)

• Previous experience in hospitality, or gaming environment is preferred

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with a diverse clientele

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute to a team setting

• Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and public holidays
