Join Omnia Specialities Australia, Australian leaders in biostimulants, speciality fertilisers, and plant nutrition. Omnia is built on strong science, local manufacturing, and a genuine commitment to helping farmers improve nutrient efficiency, soil health, and crop performance.
This is ideal for an agronomist with a passion for nutrition and a desire to make a real difference on farm. You’ll work closely with farmers and key influencers, providing practical agronomic support and helping them get more value from every input they apply.
With strong and continued growth across Australia, Omnia offers the opportunity to be part of a business that is investing in people, products, and long‑term relationships.
What you’ll be doing
Planning and executing a regional agronomy and sales approach
Growing market share across Omnia’s nutrition and biostimulant portfolio
Assisting farmers with practical, nutrition‑focused agronomic advice
Building strong relationships with farmers, consultants, retailers, and advisors
Identifying growth opportunities and supporting long‑term adoption of products
Gathering market and competitor insight and feeding it back into the business
Supporting new product introductions and farmer education
Working safely, independently, and collaboratively in a dynamic agricultural environment
What we’re looking for
Strong agronomic foundations with a genuine interest in plant and soil nutrition
Experience in agronomy, advisory, or sales roles supporting farmer decision‑making
Someone comfortable working autonomously and taking responsibility for outcomes
A relationship‑focused agronomist who enjoys working closely with farmers
A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel within your region
This is a field‑based role with national support, a strong nutrition‑focused portfolio, and the opportunity to be part of a business experiencing extensive growth across Australia.
