NDIS Support Coordinator

This is a casual or contracting positions as a NDIS Support Coordinator.

We're excited to announce a great opportunity to join our team as an NDIS Support Coordinator in our growing Queensland market! 

We're in the early stages of expanding into Queensland, and this role will be instrumental in that growth. You won't just be joining an existing team in this region, you'll be one of the founding people on the ground, helping build our participant base, establish relationships with local providers and stakeholders, and set the standard for how we operate in the state. It's a genuine opportunity to leave your mark, grow with the business, and take on more responsibility as our Queensland presence expands.

As a Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing case management, customer service, and support to our participants. Your day-to-day tasks will include coordinating support services, advocating for participant choices, and providing guidance and support to help participants maximise their funding and care plans.

This role is based in Queensland. 

Key Responsibilities

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in case management and customer service
• Ability to provide technical and complex support to participants
• Knowledge of the NDIS and experience navigating its complexities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Build strong relationships with external stakeholders
• Complete necessary administration to ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 12 months experience
• Full drivers license
• NDIS worker screen check (willingness to obtain)
• WWC check
• National Police Check (willingness to obtain)
