About the role

You will be the person our patients will meet and love. Your warmth and genuine caring nature will make even anxious patients feel right at home. You will play an initiative-taking role in each day's appointment schedule to ensure the day runs as smoothly as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and greet patients with warmth and genuine caring nature

• Play an initiative-taking role in each day's appointment schedule to ensure the day runs smoothly

• Discuss finance for large treatment plans, including financing options and helping patients access their Superannuation

• Liaise with anesthetic groups and organize IV lists

About you

• Dental experience is necessary

• Experience working in oral surgery is advantageous

• Knowledge of D4W is advantageous

• Experience with discussing finance for large treatment plans is advantageous

• Experience liaising with anesthetic groups and organizing IV lists is advantageous

• Willingness and ability to work late night appointments on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday is required
