About the role
At Rockingham Psychology, we believe great clinicians thrive in environments where they feel supported, connected and genuinely appreciated.
As our practice continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Senior Clinical Psychologist to join our established and highly regarded team. This is an opportunity to build the career you want within a collaborative practice that values clinical excellence, flexibility and sustainable ways of working.
Whether you're looking for part-time or full-time hours, we'll work with you to create a role that fits both your professional goals and your lifestyle.
You'll provide high-quality psychological assessment and evidence-based therapy while enjoying the autonomy to develop a caseload that reflects your interests, expertise and preferred client groups.
Working alongside experienced psychologists in a collaborative environment, you'll have opportunities to contribute to clinical discussions, share knowledge and continue developing your own practice.
For psychologists with Board-approved supervisor status, opportunities also exist to mentor and supervise early-career clinicians.
There is genuine scope for the successful applicant to progress into a Lead Clinical Psychologist position as our practice continues to grow.
We're looking for someone who is not only clinically experienced but also enjoys being part of a positive and supportive workplace.
You'll ideally have:
Clinical Endorsement and unrestricted registration with AHPRA
Experience delivering psychological assessment and evidence-based interventions
Excellent clinical judgement and ethical decision-making skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to a positive team culture
An interest in leadership, supervision or ongoing professional development (desirable)
For more than fifteen years we've supported the Rockingham community with compassionate, evidence-based psychological care while creating a workplace where clinicians genuinely enjoy coming to work.
We offer:
Flexible part-time or full-time arrangements
Consistent referrals and an established client base
Full administrative and reception support
Thoughtful client matching
Modern consulting rooms within a professional health precinct
Regular peer consultation and clinical collaboration
Professional development and supervision opportunities
Career progression into senior leadership
A warm, respectful and psychologically safe workplace culture
A practice that genuinely values clinician wellbeing and work-life balance
Rockingham Psychology is an established private practice built on respect, compassion and clinical excellence.
We believe our clients receive the very best care when our clinicians feel trusted, supported and connected. That's why we've intentionally created a workplace where experienced psychologists have the autonomy to practise in the way they believe is best, while still benefiting from the support of a collaborative and experienced team.
If you're an experienced Clinical Psychologist looking for a practice where your contribution is genuinely valued and your career can continue to grow, we'd love to hear from you.
Apply now with your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and what you're looking for in your next role.
