About the role: 

Duties for the role will include:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients, ensuring person-centred approaches with increasing autonomy.
• Collaborate with other disciplines/agencies to plan and deliver individualized healthcare services.
• Promote health education for patients, carers, and groups to improve health outcomes.
• Support the development of students and new staff, offering clinical guidance and orientation

About you:

• Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and holds or is eligible for a current practicing certificate
• Strong communication skills, including problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
• Creative, innovative, and flexible approach to addressing issues in healthcare.

Please Note: Successful applicants must be available to work a minimum of two shifts per week , including early, late, and night shifts, across a seven-day roster.
