As our events keep growing, so does our team and we are looking for Food and Beverage attendants to join us for some of our biggest events. 

Job Description

• Set up, service and pack down function spaces to the hotel's exacting standards, ensuring rooms are guest-ready ahead of every event
• Deliver attentive, efficient and courteous food and beverage service to guests throughout conferences, banquets and events
• Assist with the smooth coordination of event runsheets, liaising with the kitchen and events team to ensure timely service
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation and stock levels across all function spaces and service areas
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience
• Work collaboratively with the wider banquets and events team to support a high-volume, fast-paced operation
• Adhere to hotel policies, WHS regulations and responsible service of alcohol requirements at all times

Qualifications

About You:

• Previous experience in hotel events, banquets or hospitality service is highly desirable
• Good understanding of banquets, functions and events service style
• Outstanding organisational and communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail
• A genuine passion for guest service and a desire to learn and grow
• Flexibility to work varied shifts across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is essential
