About the Role:

We're looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our care community at Glenmore Park Care Community.

What You'll Do:

• Be the warm, welcoming, and helpful first point of contact for all residents, families, and visitors.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering calls and enquiries with care and professionalism.
• Offer a personalised touch, knowing residents by name and providing hospitality like a cup of tea.
• Support essential administrative tasks including managing mail, maintaining records, and assisting with rostering.
• Create a positive and organised environment at the front desk, ensuring a great first impression.

What You'll Need:

• Experience in a reception, front-of-house, or customer service role
• A warm, friendly, and professional manner with excellent communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in computer systems including MS Office
• A genuine passion for helping people and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Willingness to complete:
• Pre-employment medical, Police check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
