BlueFit is seeking energetic, reliable Duty Managers (qualified) and Pool Lifeguards (qualified or unqualified) to join our dynamic team in the Camden Region.

Locations we are looking for Duty Managers (qualified) and Pool Lifeguards (qualified or unqualified) :

• Mount Annan

• Oran Park

• Camden

Whether you're an experienced aquatic professional ready to take charge of facility operations or an alert swimmer dedicated to keeping our patrons safe, we have fantastic roster opportunities available.

As a Pool Lifeguard, you will maintain proactive supervision across our pools, prevent accidents before they happen, and provide a welcoming environment for all visitors.

• Maintain vigilant scanning and active supervision of all pool zones.

• Educate patrons on safety rules, Supervision & Watch Around Water policies.

• Perform water rescues and render First Aid or CPR promptly when needed.

• Assist with pool deck presentation, setup, and general facility cleanliness.

• Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate or willing to obtain 

• Current Provide First Aid & CPR certificates or willing to obtain

• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)

• Friendly, reliable, and strong communication skills.

As a Duty Manager, you will oversee day to day aquatic operations, manage plant room systems, ensure patron safety, and lead on shift staff to deliver an exceptional community experience.

• Oversee plant room operations, monitor water chemistry, and maintain filtration systems.

• Lead, mentor, and supervise on shift staff, including Lifeguards and Swim School team members.

• Maintain strict compliance with NSW Health, WHS, and Guidelines for Safe Pool Operations (GSPO).

• Manage emergency response, incident reporting, and patron inquiries professionally.

• You will also need to be able to work weekends

• SISSS00131 Aquatic Technical Operator -Essential

• SISSS00133 Pool Lifeguard qualifications -Essential

• Current Provide First Aid (HLTAID011) & CPR (HLTAID009)

• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) 

• Proven leadership experience in an aquatic, leisure, or recreation environment.
