As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Project Architect to take ownership of projects and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the practice.
About the RoleThis is a senior architectural role for someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects from concept through to construction. You will lead projects, manage client and consultant relationships, coordinate internal teams, and ensure a high standard of design and technical delivery throughout.Working within a tight-knit and diverse team, you’ll have the opportunity to be genuinely hands-on across the full breadth of a project - from early design and documentation through to construction and delivery.We’re looking for someone who can bring strong architectural judgement, technical knowledge and leadership, while still being comfortable getting into the detail and working collaboratively with the wider team.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead projects across all stages, from briefing and concept design through to deliveryManage project scope, programme, budget hours, and resourcingGuide design direction in line with Archidiom’s design philosophyOversee high-quality documentation (DA, BA, IFC) and ensure compliance with relevant regulationsCoordinate consultants and resolve design and construction challengesAdminister contracts, procurement, and lead site involvementMaintain strong client relationships and lead project communicationMentor junior team members and contribute to studio culture and knowledge sharingSupport a collaborative, positive, and professional studio environment
About YouFull working rights in AustraliaRegistered Architect in Australia10+ years’ experience across all project stagesStrong design and technical capabilityExcellent interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skillsProven experience leading projects and teamsStrong knowledge of NCC and Australian StandardsAdvanced Revit skillsExperience in Adobe Indesign and PhotoshopExperience in modular construction (advantageous)
