Our Mudgee branch is home to an experienced and close-knit team that takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service across the region. We're now looking for an experienced Service Supervisor to lead that team, providing coaching, direction and operational leadership while continuing to build on its strong reputation.

Leading a team of approximately 15 technicians and support staff, you'll oversee the day-to-day service operation, driving safety, productivity, customer satisfaction and operational performance. From managing WIP and utilisation to developing your people and strengthening customer relationships, you'll play a key role in the continued success of the branch.

What We Are Looking For

Previous leadership experience within heavy equipment, construction, mining or a similar industryMechanical or Electrical Trade QualificationStrong understanding of workshop or field service operationsDemonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teamsExperience managing KPIs, WIP, productivity and utilisationCustomer-focused with excellent communication skillsFinancial awareness including cost control and operational performanceContinuous improvement mindset with a strong commitment to safety and quality
