An established and growing mining services organisation is seeking a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to support operational leaders across a large portfolio of mining operations. This role offers the opportunity to influence key business decisions through high-quality financial analysis, reporting and business partnering.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly management reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Partner with operational leaders to provide commercial and financial insights.
• Prepare variance analysis, KPI reporting and financial modelling.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support business improvement initiatives.
• Assist with month-end close, reconciliations and financial governance.
• Drive process improvements and support finance-related projects.

About You

• CA or CPA qualified.
• 5+ years' experience in finance, management accounting or business partnering.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting capability.
• Mining, contracting, heavy industry or asset-intensive experience highly regarded.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with large ERP systems.
• Confident communicator with strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
