Real Estate Sales Associate

This highly successful office is looking to add a new member to their sales team who demonstrates a desire to make a successful, long-term career within the Real Estate Industry.

This hands-on role will see you be involved in all aspects of the sales process – from prospecting, discussions with buyers and vendors, inspections, auctions and contract signing.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely alongside and learn from a successful agent. You will have the potential to earn a great income, but you must be dedicated and driven to do the work necessary to succeed.

GENERAL DUTIES

· Maintaining and updating client database

· Preparing & assisting with open and private inspections & auctions

· Liaising with vendors, buyers & solicitors as part of the end-to-end sales process

· Property marketing-coordinating photographers, valuers, etc

ABOUT THE PERSON

In order to apply for this position you must have the following:

· Current Agents Representative Certificate ESSENTIAL

· Current drivers licence & a well presented car

· Excellent written & verbal communication skills

· Strong communication, negotiation and sales skills

· Can do / enthusiastic and driven attitude

· Well-presented and self-motivated

· Customer service experience

· Police Check or willingness to get
