The Role 

• Within our growing business and team, a position is available for a passionate, innovative, experienced Hairdressers with a passion for colouring and cutting and styling.

• We are seeking experienced Senior team members who are creative, yet precise, who have a proven history in building a strong client base, reaching goals and targets, and giving their clients incredible service from start to finish. We are also looking for experienced Seniors who are willing to share thier knowledge with the next generation of Hairdressers as we pride oursleves in the education and devleopment of our apprentice team.

• The successful applicants will be confident to hit the ground running and utilize/expand their cutting, colouring or styling skills and have a minimum of 5 years plus experience utside of thier apprenticeship.

• They will be comfortable working as part of a team with essential focus on great team culture, while possessing the initiation and ability to work independently.

Skills and Experience

• The successful Senior applicant will have a Cert 3 or higher in Ladies and Men's hairdressing, be accomplished and self-motivated, ideally with experience in a similar Senior role with 5+ years experience outside of your apprenticeship with a advanced skillset in colouring

• Advance cutting skills 

• Track record of building and maintaining a strong clientele

• Proven experience is great retailing

• Ability to be self motivated, reach goals and be target driven.
