Victorian Builder known for their expertise in D&C projects across Commercial, Education. Health, Industrial, Sporting and Community buildings up to $120m.
They have over 20 years of operations, this builder has a strong name in the industry and has strong connections across both government and private clients.

Project:
Starting in September, you will manage a $40m High End Apartment project in Essendon. This is a 8 level, 2 basement project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution and delivery of institutional projects greater than $40m
• Manage project life cycle: feasibility, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, construction, hand-over and defects.
• Oversee project teams including Contracts Administrators, site teams and subcontractors.
• Manage compliance with quality, safety (OHS) and environmental factors.
• Control project risks, cost drives, program impacts and change management.
