About the role
Location: Must be living on the Sunshine Coast, QLD — remote/WFH with availability to meet with the management team in person when required
Employment Type: Part-Time (with genuine pathway to Full-Time as the business grows)
Salary: $110,000 FTE + Super (pro-rata for part-time hours)
We are a group of connected businesses operating in the disability sector. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Finance Manager to bring structure, accuracy, and insight to our financial operations across the group.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys trouble shooting, works autonomously, and is comfortable managing multiple entities. Based on the Sunshine Coast, this role offers flexibility to work from home, with the expectation of connecting in person with the management team as required for meetings, planning, and collaboration.
End-to-end payroll processing across multiple entities
Preparing and lodging BAS across the group
Chasing up and managing outstanding invoices
Reconciling accounts and invoices
Managing day-to-day finance functions across multiple entities within the group
Financial reporting directly to the Director
CPA qualified (Certified Practising Accountant), with a minimum of 5 years' experience
Comprehensive understanding of Xero
Experience preparing and lodging BAS
Sound understanding of HR functions as they relate to payroll and employment
Strong reconciliation and reporting skills
Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple entities
Comfortable working independently in a remote/hybrid setup
Understanding of NDIS funding categories and operations
Familiarity with the SCHADS Award
$110,000 FTE + Super (pro-rata),
$55 per hour, approx $110,000 per year (pro-rata) at full time rate
A genuine growth path from part-time to full-time as the company expands
Flexibility to work from home
Direct exposure to the Director and involvement in strategic decision-making
Variety across disability support and property sectors
