Dynamic Civil Solutions (DCS) is growing fast across Victoria, Perth, Adelaide and NSW and we’re looking for motivated Foremans to join our expanding team in Victoria

What We’re Looking For

🔨 STRUCTURAL FOREMAN – GROUND SLABS & STRUCTURES

Lead crews delivering:

• Excavation and detailed dig

• Formwork and reinforcement

• Concrete placement and finishing

• Ground slabs, suspended slabs and structural elements

• Managing labour, subcontractors and suppliers

• Programme delivery and quality control

🚧 CIVIL PAVEMENT FOREMAN – EXTERNAL WORKS

Lead crews delivering:

• External concrete pavements and kerbing

• Asphalt and subgrade preparation

• Bluestone and detailed finishes

• DDA compliant works and accessibility

• Coordination with multiple trades and subcontractors

Strong knowledge of DDA compliance and commercial external packages is essential.

Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn

Availability to work 5 days per week (Saturday and Sunday is optional)

Experienced Concreters and Experienced Labourers Required also x8
