Calendar Club is looking for motivated people to operate our pop-up stores in major shopping centres across Australia and New Zealand during the 2026 holiday season.
Calendar Club is a trusted seasonal retail brand that has been in continuous business for 32 years. In 2025, our licensees earned an average of $2,500+ per week.

A seasonal opportunity with serious potential
For approximately 6–8 weeks across November and December, you’ll take charge of your own Calendar Club pop-up store.
You’ll lead a small team, connect with customers and manage the day-to-day operation of a busy Christmas retail business. It’s fast-paced, rewarding and a great way to gain practical business and leadership experience while earning strong seasonal income.
As a self-employed owner-operator, you will be responsible for recruiting, employing, rostering and paying your own casual staff.
What you’ll receive
Typical operator earnings of $2,750 per week
All stock, equipment and operating systems provided
Comprehensive training—no retail experience required
Support from an experienced head office and field team
Australia’s largest and most exciting calendar range
The backing of a trusted brand with 32 years in continuous business
The opportunity to run your own business without a year-round commitment
What you’ll be doing
Creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for customers
Driving sales and managing store performance
Recruiting, employing, training and leading your own casual team
Preparing staff rosters and paying your team’s wages
Keeping the store organised, well stocked and looking fantastic
Managing stock and daily store operations
You could be perfect for this if you
Genuinely enjoy meeting and helping people
Are organised, reliable and comfortable taking responsibility
Bring energy, initiative and a positive attitude
Can confidently recruit and lead a small team
Have a driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Are available for 6–8 weeks across November and December
Retail, customer service or leadership experience is welcome—but it’s not essential. We’re more interested in your attitude, people skills and willingness to learn.
Don’t miss your chance
Store opportunities are limited, and locations will be allocated as suitable operators are confirmed.
Apply now and we will invite you to attend a short 7-minute webinar explaining more about what it’s like to run a Calendar Club Store and how we will support you.
