Green Tower Building & Facilities Management is seeking a reliable, motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our growing team.

We provide professional cleaning and facilities management services across a range of commercial buildings, offices, residential strata properties and common areas throughout the Illawarra.

This is a casual position with the opportunity for ongoing work for the right applicant. Hours may vary depending on client requirements, with morning, daytime and occasional afternoon shifts available.

• Cleaning offices, foyers and common areas

• Vacuuming, mopping and dusting

• Cleaning bathrooms and kitchens

• Emptying rubbish bins and replacing liners

• Cleaning glass, mirrors and touch points

• Restocking consumables

• Reporting maintenance issues to management

• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard

To be successful you will:

• Take pride in delivering quality work

• Be reliable, punctual and trustworthy

• Have excellent attention to detail

• Be able to work independently and within a team

• Have good communication skills

• Hold a current driver's licence and reliable transport (preferred)

• Have (or be willing to obtain) a National Police Check

• Have full Australian working rights

• Commercial cleaning experience preferred but not essential.

• Full training will be provided to the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
