About the Role

Goodline is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our Sunshine Coast team.

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of weekly payroll while maintaining employee records and supporting a range of payroll administration functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, compliant and efficient payroll services.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process weekly payroll accurately and on time

• Complete payroll reconciliations before and after payroll processing

• Produce and issue employment contracts, letters of offer and contract variations

• Create, maintain and update employee records

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant legislation

• Assist with payroll queries and provide exceptional internal customer service

About You

• Previous payroll administration experience

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• The ability to effectively prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines

• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work

• High levels of confidentiality and professionalism
