Senior Consultant – Asset Intelligence

Our Asset Intelligence Practice is seeking experienced engagement leads with strong digital and consulting skills. This team supports asset decision making and system development for our client base.  This role focuses on integrating asset-centric data and decisions with high value digital solutions including: 

• Asset Strategy (eg, current state assessments, asset management & digital roadmaps) 

• Asset Information System Design & Implementation (eg, data engineering, BIM design) 

• Asset Decision Platform Development (eg, data visualisation, advanced analytics) 

In this role you will play an integral role in the delivery of our infrastructure-centric advisory services across a range of sectors, including water, defence, resources, transport and energy. 

Here Are The Key Things You’ll Do: 

• Leading streams or small projects as well a team member on larger project 

• Contribute to, or lead, the development of client deliverables, including digital solutions, technical reports, client presentations and advanced analytics 

• Contributing to bid development and client engagement 

• Coaching and mentoring junior team members 

• Build and maintaining internal and external relationships 

• Play an active role in supporting the development of Aurecon’s national Advisory team and fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture of work. 

What you’ll bring

To be successful in this position you will ideally have: 

• Experience in platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, SQL, Python, low code, cloud 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Well-developed client engagement and project management skills 

• Experience successfully working in teams 

• Adaptability & flexibility to work across different engagement types 

• Clear, concise and effective written and verbal communication skills 

• A track record of project delivery in a consulting or industry, preferably with experience in asset-intensive industry 

• A tertiary qualification in STEM, finance or related degree/discipline
