Experienced Knife Hand - Poultry Processing

Location: Prestons NSW
Hours: Monday to Saturday
Shift: 2:00am - 10:30am (Monday to Friday) | 2:00am - 8:30am (Saturday)

About the Role

Bravofoods is seeking an experienced Knife Hand to join our fast-paced poultry processing team. This is a hands-on role requiring strong knife skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a production environment.

You will be responsible for portioning and preparing poultry products to customer specifications while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Cutting, portioning, and trimming poultry products

• Maintaining consistent product quality and presentation

• Working efficiently to meet daily production targets

• Following food safety, HACCP, and workplace health & safety procedures

• Maintaining a clean and hygienic work area

• Assisting with general production duties as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Knife Hand, Butcher, Poultry Processor, or similar role

• Strong knife handling and portion control skills

• Ability to work in a cold production environment

• Understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements

• Reliable transport and ability to commence work at 2:00am

• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
